1. General remarks

- From the data voluntarily provided in the forms, which is entered into the Operator’s systems.

2. Selected methods of data protection applied by the Operator
- Places of logging in and entering personal data are protected during data transmission (SSL certificate). As a result, both personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server.
- Users’ passwords are stored as hashes. Password hashing works one way only – it is impossible to reverse the process. This is a modern standard for storing users’ passwords.
- The Operator regularly makes backups to protect data.
3. Hosting
- The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator’s servers: cyberFolks.pl.
4. Your rights and additional information on the manner your data is used
- In some cases the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it proves necessary to fulfil a contract he concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations encumbering the Administrator. This applies to the following recipients:

- Providing your personal data is voluntary, yet necessary to operate the Website.
- You may be the subject of such actions as automated decision-making, including profiling, which aims to provide services under a concluded contract, and for the purpose of direct marketing activities conducted by the Administrator.
- Personal data is not transferred to any third country as defined in the regulations on personal data protection. This means we do not transfer your data outside the European Union.

- The Website collects the data voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data.
- The Website may log information on the connection parameters (time, IP address).
- In certain cases the Website may save information to facilitate the association of the data entered in the form with the email address of a user filling out the form. In such an event the user’s email address appears in the URL address of a website containing the form.
- The data provided in the form is processed in a way a particular form is designed to, e.g., to process a service request or a commercial contact request, to register a service, etc. The context and description of the form clearly inform of its purpose.

- The Operator uses website traffic statistical analysis by Google Analytics (Google Inc., with its registered office in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service. Only anonymous data is transferred. The service uses cookies stored on end user devices. As regards information on user’s preferences collected by Google advertising network, the user may browse and edit information collected through cookies by using: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
- The Operator uses Facebook Pixel. This technology informs Facebook (Facebook Inc., with its registered office in the USA) that a user registered on Facebook uses the Website. It uses the data for which Facebook is the administrator itself; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service uses cookies stored on end user devices.

- The Website uses cookies.
